Meet the baker.

Evergreen Apron Home Bakery was born in 2024, after Joy took up macaron baking as a hobby a few months prior. It took many failed batches (and several bags of almond flour) to get here, but now most days you can find Joy whipping up a batch of custom macarons in her Denver kitchen.

When she’s not baking, Joy loves spending time with her family, dressing her rescue dog in cableknit sweaters, and enjoying her Hallmark movies with a cup of coffee.
